     The General Council for the Judiciary and the European Union are implementing the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Program (TAIEX).

     From June 17-21, members of the General Council of the Judiciary N. Baasanjav and E. Zorigtbaatar, along with Chief Judge of the Capital City Civil Court of Appeal G. Davaadorj, Judge of the Bayanzurkh District Criminal Court of First Instance Ts. Monkhtulga, and Head of the Department of External Relations, Information and Cooperation N. Ganbaatar, conducted a working visit to Italy to study court conditions and digitalization implementation.

     During the visit, they learned from institutions including:

     ●  Italian Ministry of Justice

     ●  Supreme Court

     ●  Supreme Council of the Judiciary

     ●  Council of State

     ●  Judicial School

     ●   Court of Appeals of Rome
