INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON \"ARTIFICIAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND JURISPRUDENCE\" HELD IN SINGAPORE
2025-09-18 | 155The regular meeting of the International Judicial Administration Association was held in Singapore from November 11 to 14, 2024.
The meeting was attended by A. Nasandelger, member of the General Council of the Judiciary; G. Davaadorj, Chief Judge of the Capital Civil Appeal Court; and M. Nomintsetseg, an employee of the US Embassy.

The conference was opened by Luis Maria Palma, President of the International Federation of Judicial Administration, and Sundaresh Menon, Chief Justice of Singapore\'s Supreme Court. They emphasized the importance of digitalization in developing the judiciary, including making court proceedings more open and transparent, and increasing public confidence in the courts.

To mark the 20th anniversary of the International Federation of Court Administration, judges and court administrators from many countries participated in the conference, exchanging experiences on introducing technological advances in court services and using artificial intelligence. They discussed important presentations including:
