ONLINE SEMINAR OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR COURT ADMINISTRATION (IACA) HELD

Chief Judge G. Davaadorj participated in the regular session of the International Association for Court Administration, held in Singapore in November 2024, on the topic "Artificial Intelligence and Judicial Power." He also actively took part in the online discussion on "Judicial Strategies and Human Resource Management During Times of Crisis," which took place on February 28, 2025. 

Furthermore, on April 2, 2025, Chief Judge G. Davaadorj participated in an online seminar organized by the International Association for Court Administration in collaboration with the European Union's "Rule of Law" project. The seminar, titled "Modern Methods of Assessing the Effectiveness of the Judicial Body," focused on modern approaches to evaluating the performance of judicial institutions. 

The seminar covered topics such as measuring the speed and quality of judicial proceedings, best practices for optimizing court operations, the role of digital tools and software in case management, and data-driven insights to improve judicial effectiveness. The seminar focused on effective methods for assessing the performance of judicial operations. After the presentations, a Q&A session was held for further discussion and exchange of opinions.

Tim Dibble, Vice President of the Institute for Legal Management in Virginia and Associate Professor of Court Administration at the University of Michigan.
