CHIEF JUDGE G. DAVAADORJ PARTICIPATED IN THE “CYBER INDEPENDENCE-II” FORUM

    The Cyber Security Council, the General Directorate of Police, the General Intelligence Directorate, and the MNCERT SS jointly organized the "Cyber Independence-II" forum on November 25, 2024, at the initiative of the Ministry of Electronic Development, Innovation, and Communications.
    The forum was attended by R. Ononchimeg, member of the General Judicial Council; B. Erdenetulga, Executive Secretary; G. Davaadorj, Chief judge of the Capital City Civil Appeal Court; Ts. Dolgormaa, Senior Manager of Network Security at the Information Technology Department of the General Judicial Council; and G. Monkhbayar, Data Analysis Researcher.

     This forum is unique in that it was held on the eve of the historic day of the adoption of the First Constitution, bringing together experts working in Mongolia's cybersecurity sector to discuss solutions to the many challenges facing the sector and plan future policies.

     The forum discussed solutions to the challenge of preserving national independence in cyberspace, where the concept of independence is no longer measured solely by borders, wars, and maps. Countries around the world are facing new challenges in maintaining their national independence in cyberspace following technological advances.
