CHIEF JUDGE G. DAVAADORJ SUBMITTED THE SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE JUDICIAL INNOVATION AND ELECTRONIZATION COMMITTEE TO THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE JUDICIARY

     In 2022, the "Unified Policy for the Introduction of Information Technology, Court Services, and New Forms of Management in Courts" was approved. Within this framework, the Judicial Innovation and Digitalization Committee was established, headed by G. Davaadorj, Chief Judge of the Capital Civil Appeal Court.

     On September 9, 2024, the Judicial Innovation and Digitalization Committee developed and submitted proposals and recommendations to the General Council of the Judiciary.

     The proposals and recommendations include:

     ●  Special attention to budget, human resources, and cybersecurity to advance judicial digitalization to a new level.
