     The Mongolian Bar Association, through its Civil Rights Committee, successfully implemented the "US Speaker" program in March 2024 in collaboration with the US Embassy, focusing on "Electrification of Judicial Institutions."

     The "US Speaker" program, jointly organized by the US Department of State and the US Embassy, connects US experts with foreign counterparts to exchange experiences on strategically important topics.

     As part of the program, Chief Justice Robert Brutinel of the Arizona Supreme Court and Dave Byers, Director of the Administrative Office of the State Supreme Court, met with representatives from the Mongolian Bar Association, General Judicial Council, Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Judicial Disciplinary Committee, and Training and Research Institute of the State Prosecutor General's Office. They also met with Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly L. Munkhbaatar and Chairman of the Standing Committee on Justice D. Tsogtbaatar.

     Participants learned about Mongolia's judicial digitalization efforts, exchanged experiences regarding Arizona's court digitalization, and engaged in productive discussions. Arizona has implemented court digitalization more successfully than any other US state.

     G. Davaadorj, initiator and organizer of the "US Speaker" program on "Electrification of Judicial Institutions," Head of the Civil Law Committee, and Chief Judge of the Capital Civil Appeal Court, visited Arizona's electronic court system from June 27 to July 1, 2024, to exchange experiences.

     On July 1, he visited the Arizona Supreme Court and met with newly elected Chief Justice Ann Scott Timmer, Justice Robert Brutinel, and Administrative Office Director Dave Byers to discuss court digitalization.

    The delegation visited trial and appeal courts in Flagstaff and Phoenix to observe the E-Filing, E-Bench, and AJACS systems, and learned about Arizona courts' use of Artificial Intelligence for court administration, statistics, and services for lawyers, advocates, and citizens. They also visited the Unified Data Center managing electronic systems for over 130 Arizona courts.
