     From November 26 to December 2, 2023, G. Altanchimeg, Head of the Supreme Court's Civil Chamber, and 10 judges participated in the "Improving the Legal Environment and Capacity Building of Judicial Authorities" project with the German Society for International Cooperation, visiting Germany to study judge training and court digitalization.

     Chief Judge G. Davaadorj and Judge E. Zolzaya of the Capital City Civil Appeal Court attended training on electronic case processing at Passau's Court of Appeal in Bavaria.

    ●     Law on Protection of Personal Data
    ●     Law on Electronic Signatures
    ●     Law on Cybersecurity

Passau's newspaper reported on Mongolian judges studying German training methods and electronic case processing.
